اثر قارچ Piriformospora indica بر برخی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک گیاه شنبلیله تحت تنش کادمیوم

چکیده

تنش فلزات سنگین یکی از مهمترین عوامل محدود کنندة رشد و عملکرد گیاهان در بسیاری از مناطق دنیا است. قارچ Piriformospora indica به عنوان یک قارچ اندوفیت شبه میکوریزی باعث تحریک رشد بسیاری از گونه‌های گیاهی گردیده و همچنین مقاومت به تنش‌های زیستی و غیرزیستی را افزایش می‌دهد. در این پژوهش، اثر تلفیقی قارچ اندوفیت P. indica (شاهد، اسپور و میسلیوم) و نیترات کادمیوم (شاهد، 10، 20 و 30 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) بر جوانه‌زنی گیاه شنبلیله و نیز اثر تلفیقی قارچ اندوفیت P. indica (شاهد، اسپور و میسلیوم) و نیترات کادمیوم بر صفات فیزیومورفولوژیک گیاه شنبلیله در گلدان (شاهد، 10، 20 و 30 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) به صورت دو آزمایش جداگانه به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تکرار بررسی شده است. در آزمایش اثر تلفیقی قارچ اندوفیت P. indica و نیترات کادمیوم نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که کادمیم ممکن است به گیاهان اجازه جوانه زدن را بدهد، اما افزایش غلظت آن‌ سبب اختلال در برخی شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی بذر شنبلیله گردید. همچنین نتایج اثر تلفیقی قارچ اندوفیت P. indica و نیترات کادمیوم در کشت گلدانی درمجموع نشان داد که تنش کادمیوم باعث کاهش میانگین اکثر صفات مورفولوژیک اندازه‌گیری شده و افزایش اکثر آنزیم‌های مورد مطالعه گردید. همچنین گیاهان تلقیح شده با قارچ در مقایسه با گیاهان شاهد از رشد و عملکرد بیشتری در شرایط تنش برخودار بودند که این موضوع بر نقش مؤثر این قارچ در بهبود خصوصیات گیاه شنبلیله تحت شرایط تنش فلزات سنگین دلالت داشت.
