اثر پرایمینگ بر بنیه بذر و گیاهچه دو رقم برنج (Oryza sativa L.)

چکیده

پرایمینگ نقش مهمی بر بنیه بذر و گیاه‌چه دارد. عامل اول این پژوهش؛ دو رقم برنج (خزر و هاشمی) و عامل دوم؛ ده سطح تیمار پرایمینگ (T1-T10) بود. آزمون‌های بنیه بذر و ارزیابی گیاه‌چه بر اساس دستورالعمل ISTA انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که، رقم خزر از نظر وزن تر ریشه‌چه (7/14 میلی‌گرم) و تعداد ریشه‌چه (5)، نسبت به رقم هاشمی برتر بود. مدت زمان لازم (ساعت) برای رسیدن به 50% جوانه‌زنی (R50) در رقم خزر، 50 ساعت و در رقم هاشمی، 41 ساعت بود که بر این اساس رقم هاشمی از یکنواختی بالاتری در جوانه‌زنی برخودار است. تیمار پرایمینگ با KCl بالاترین مقدار هدایت الکتریکی را ایجاد کرد. کمترین زمان لازم برای رسیدن به 5، 10 و 50 درصد جوانه‌زنی به ترتیب با 13، 16 و 32 ساعت، مربوط به تیمار هایدروپرایمینگ بود. همچنین بیشترین سرعت جوانه‌زنی مربوط به تیمار هایدروپرایمینگ بود. کمترین زمان تا رسیدن به 95 درصد جوانه‌زنی با 66 ساعت، در تیمار هایدروپرایمینگ رقم هاشمی محاسبه شد. بیشترین استقرار گیاهچه در روز بیستم بعد از کاشت در مزرعه مربوط به بذر بدون تیمار پرایمینگ بود. تیمار هایدروپرایمینگ به دلیل هزینه پایین و اثرگذاری مثبت در سرعت و یکنواختی جوانه‌زنی در رقم هاشمی به کاربران توصیه می‌شود.
