تأثیر تنش شوری و تلقیح بذر با کودهای زیستی بر مولفه های جوانه زنی، محتوای سدیم و پتاسیم گیاهچه چاودار (L. Secale cereale)

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی تاثیر باکتریهای محرک رشد و تنش شوری بر مؤلفههای جوانهزنی و محتوای سدیم و پتاسیم چاودار، دو آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی و بلوک های کامل تصادفی در آزمایشگاه و گلخانهی دانشکده کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1395 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل شوری در چهار سطح (عدم اعمال شوری به عنوان شاهد و شوری 25، 50 و 75 میلی مولار) با نمک NaCl و تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای محرک رشد در چهار سطح (عدم تلقیح بذر به عنوان شاهد، تلقیح بذر با سودموناس، آزوسپریلیوم و کاربرد توام سودموناس و آزوسپریلیوم) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میزان مولفههای جوانهزنی (همچون طول ریشه‌چه، طول ساقه‌چه، وزن خشک ریشه‌چه و ساقه‌چه، درصد و یکنواختی جوانه‌زنی) در کاربرد توام سودموناس و آزوسپریلیوم و عدم اعمال شوری و کمترین آنها در شوری 75 میلیمولار و عدم تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای محرک رشد بدست آمد. با افزایش شوری خاک، نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم در ریشه و اندام های هوایی کاهش یافت و این حالت در تلقیح بذر با باکتری‌های محرک رشدی روند معکوسی داشت. حداکثر نسبت سدیم به پتاسیم در بالاترین سطح شوری و در حالت عدم تلقیح بذر با باکتری‌های محرک رشد و کمترین آن در پایین‌ترین سطح شوری و تلقیح بذر با ازوسپریلوم و سودوموناس بدست آمد. به نظر می‌رسد کاربرد باکتری های محرک رشد می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش مناسب برای افزایش نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم، بهبود مولفه‌های‌ جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه چاودار، تحت شرایط شوری باشد.
