تاثیر سویه‌های Pseudomonas fluorescens مولد ACC دآمیناز و اندول استیک اسید بر خصوصیات جوانه زنی و رشد اولیه گیاهچه در ارقام جو تحت تنش شوری

چکیده

به منظور بررسی تاثیر سویه‌های مختلف باکتری Pseudomonas fluorescens متحمل به شوری و با خصوصیات افزایش-دهندگی رشد گیاه بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی و رشد اولیه ارقام جو، مطالعه‌ای در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه خلیج فارس بوشهر صورت گرفت. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل با سه فاکتور باکتری در چهار سطح ( سویه‌های B10، B2-10، B2-11 و B4-6 از باکتری P. fluorescens)، شوری در سه سطح (صفر، 3 و 6 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر) و رقم در پنج سطح (کارون، زهک، نیمروز، جنوب و صحرا) در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط آزمایشگاهی اجرا شد. پس از یک هفته صفات درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی، بنیه بذر، طول و وزن خشک ریشه‌چه و ساقه‌چه و شاخص تحمل به شوری گیاهچه‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد.نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر باکتری، شوری و رقم و برهمکنش بین آنها بر تمامی صفات مورد ارزیابی معنی‌دار بود. پیش‌تیمار بذور با تمامی سویه‌های باکتری‌ها موجب افزایش صفات مرتبط با جوانه‌زنی و افزایش رشد گیاهچه تحت تنش شوری گردید (P≤0.05). نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از تاثیر باکتری‌های سودوموناس متحمل به شوری و مولد اندول استیک اسید و ACC دآمیناز بر افزایش فاکتورهای رشدی گیاهچه‌های جو تحت تنش شوری بود.
