پاسخ جوانه‎زنی و هدایت الکتریکی بذرهای حاصل از گیاه مادری سرخارگل (Echinacea purpurea) تحت تأثیر ترکیب‌های زیستی و تنش خشکی

چکیده

بروز تنش خشکی روی گیاه مادری می‏تواند سبب کاهش جوانه‎زنی و رشد بذور گیاهان تحت این شرایط ‎شود. از سوی دیگر استفاده از ترکیبات زیستی در تنش‏های محیطی سبب تولید بذور با قابلیت جوانه‎زنی بهتر می‏شود. این پژوهش به صورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوک‏های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1395 انجام گردید. عامل اصلی شامل رژیم‌های مختلف آبیاری در سه سطح آبیاری پس از 25، 50 و 75 درصد تخلیه رطوبتی خاک و عامل فرعی شامل تأمین نیاز فسفر در شش سطح 100 درصد نیاز فسفر به صورت شیمیایی از منبع سوپرفسفات تریپل، 50 درصد فسفر + قارچ مایکوریزا آربوسکولار، قارچ مایکوریزا آربوسکولار، 50 درصد فسفر + باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس، باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس و شاهد بدون کود فسفره بود. نتایج نشان داد که در رژیم آبیاری 75 درصد تخلیه رطوبتی، حداکثر جوانه‏زنی، بنیه بذر، طول ریشه‏چه، طول ساقه‏چه و وزن خشک گیاهچه در 50 درصد نیاز فسفر + مایکوریزا آربوسکولار بود. همچنین در سطح آبیاری پس از 50 و 75 درصد تخلیه رطوبتی، تیمار 50 درصد نیاز فسفر + مایکوریزا آربوسکولار توانست سبب افزایش سرعت جوانه‏زنی و بهبود یکنواختی جوانه‏زنی شود. هدایت الکتریکی بذرهای سرخارگل با افزایش تنش خشکی روند افزایشی را نشان داد. در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس در این آزمایش در سطح پایین‏تر از قارچ مایکوریزا آربوسکولار توانست درصد و سرعت جوانه‏زنی و اثرات منفی ناشی از تنش خشکی را بهبود دهد.
