مطالعه شکست خواب و خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی بذر باباآدم (Arctium lappa)

چکیده

باباآدم، گیاهی دارویی از خانواده کاسنی، که درنواحی گرم می‌روید. بذرهای این گیاه به‌علت خواب به سختی جوانه می‌زنند. در این تحقیق به‌منظور تعیین مناسب‌ترین روشی شکستن خواب بذر و مطالعه خصوصیات جوانه زنی بذر، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار شامل 25 عدد بذر اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل پیش سرمادهی بذور مرطوب در دمای 4 درجه سانتیگراد برای مدت 1 و 2 هفته، خیساندن بذرها در محلول اسیدجیبرلیک 300 و 500 قسمت در میلیون و در دو دوره زمانی 24 و 48 ساعت، تیمار تلفیقی خیساندن بذر در محلول اسید جیبرلیک با غلظت 500 قسمت در میلیون با دوره زمانی 24 و 48 ساعت به انضمام سرمادهی بذور به مدت 1 و 2 هفته، خیساندن بذرها در اسید سولفوریک 98% با دوره زمانی 10 و 20 دقیقه)، خیساندن بذرها در آب داغ (C°70 با دوره زمانی10 و 15 دقیقه) و خیساندن بذرها در اسید هیومیک ( mg/L54) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که خواب بذر باباآدم از نوع فیزیولوژیک است، زیرا بیش‌ترین درصد جوانه‌زنی بذرها در اثر اعمال تیمار تلفیقی پیش سرمادهی به مدت دو هفته و اسیدجیبرلیک (48 ساعت) به دست آمد. علاوه بر این، تلفیق تیمار سرمادهی مرطوب (14 روز) و اسید جیبرلیک (ppm 500 - 48 ساعت) جوانه‌زنی را تا 78/97 % افزایش داد. تأثیر سایر تیمارهای استفاده شده در این تحقیق اگرچه از نظر آماری بر شکست خواب این بذرها معنی‌دار ارزیابی شد، ولی در مقایسه با تأثیر تیمارهای اسید جیبرلیک و تلفیق سرما و اسید جیبرلیک زیاد نبود.
