ارزیابی مقاومت به جوانه‌زنی قبل از برداشت و مطالعه صفات فنولوژیکی و مدل سازی استقرار گیاهچه سه رقم کینوا (Chenopodium quinoa)

چکیده

کینوا (Chenepodium quinoa) یک محصول شبه غلهای با پتانسیل کشت بالا در ایران است. کینوا گیاهی است که  به دلیل ارزش غذایی بسیار بالای دانه، توسط سازمان خوار و بار جهانی با شیر خشک مقایسه شده است. این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی خواب بذر و مقاومت به جوانه‌زنی قبل از برداشت سه رقم کینوا انجام گرفت. سه رقم کینوا در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه تهران کشت گردید و صفات فنولوژیکی ثبت شد. دو آزمون خواب بذر و جوانه‌زنی روی خوشه به روش کلارک در شرایط حرارتی 15 و 25 درجه سانتی‌گراد در آزمایشگاه بذر دانشگاه تهران انجام شدند. نتایج این آزمایش تنوع معنی‌داری را بین رقم‌ها در ارتباط با صفات زمان رسیدگی کامل، خواب بذر و میران جوانه‌زنی روی خوشه نشان داد. نتایج نشان داد که دو رقم Titicaca و Santamaria به ترتیب کمترین و بیشترین نمره جوانه‌زنی روی خوشه داشتند. نتنایج نشان داد که گیاه کینوا در مناطقی که ریسک جوانه‌زنی قبل از برداشت زیاد است، قابلیت کشت بالایی دارد.
