نقش اکوفیزیولوژیکی موسیلاژ سطح بذر در جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه بالنگو (Lallemantia royleana) در شرایط تنش خشکی و شوری

چکیده

به نظر می­رسد تولید موسیلاژ در سطح پوسته بذر یکی از جنبه­های تطابق پذیری گیاهان به شرایط محیطی بیابانی باشد. دانه­ بالنگو شیرازی (Lallemantia royleana) به دلیل وجود موسیلاژ در پوسته بذر قدرت فوق‌العاده‌ای در جذب آب تا چندین برابر حجم اولیه خود را دارد. به منظور تعیین نقش موسیلاژ در جوانه‌زنی، دو نوع بذر موسیلاژدار و بدون موسیلاژ در آزمایش­های جداگانه تنش خشکی (صفر ، 0.1-، 0.2-، 0.3-، 0.4-، و 0.5- مگا پاسکال) و تنش شوری (صفر، 2، 4، 6، 8، و 10 دسی­ زیمنس بر متر) بصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار بررسی شد. در آزمایش تنش خشکی درصد جوانه‌زنی بذر موسیلاژدار با اختلاف معنی­ داری کمتر از بذر بدون موسیلاژ بود اما در آزمایش شوری اختلاف درصد جوانه‌زنی آنها معنی­ داری نبود. متوسط زمان جوانه‌زنی(MGT ) بذر موسیلاژدار در هر دو آزمایش پائین­تر از بذر بدون موسیلاژ بود. در آزمایش شوری طول ریشه‌چه، ساقه­ چه، نسبت طول ریشه‌چه به ساقه­ چه،و وزن خشک گیاهچه بذر موسیلاژدار بطور معنی­ داری بالاتر از بذر بدون موسیلاژ بود اما در آزمایش خشکی اختلافی بین آنها وجود نداشت. بود. اثر متقابل خشکی و نوع بذر معنی­ دار نبود اما تنش شوری و نوع بذر اثر متقابل معنی­ داری داشتند.
