تأثیر روشهای مختلف شکست خواب بر جوانهزنی بذر و برخی خصوصیات گیاهچه گون سفید )Astragalus gossypinus(

چکیده

این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تأثیر روش های مناسب جهت شکست خواب بذر بر جوانه زنی و برخی خصوصیات گیاهچه گون سفید انجام
گرفت. آزمایش در قالب طرح کامالً تصادفی با 6 تیمار و 4 تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای اعمال شده در این مطالعه؛ شاهد )آب مقطر(، نیترات
پتاسیم با غلظتهای 2/0 و 1/0 درصد، اسید سولفوریک 89 درصد، آب داغ 90 درجه سانتیگراد، خراشدهی پوسته بذر با کاغذ سمباده
بودند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس دادهها نشان داد که بین تیمارهای شکستن خواب بذر گون سفید، از نظر تأثیرگذاری بر درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی
در سطح آماری 1 درصد تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت. به طور کلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که، اسید سولفوریک بیشترین تأثیر را در
جوانه زنی بذرها داشت.
