اثر تنش شوری و برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی برخی ارقام و لاین های جو (Hordeum vulgareL.) در مرحله جوانه زنی بذر و رشد اولیه گیاهچه

چکیده

افزایش تحمل به شوری در جو نیاز اساسی جهت پایداری تولید این محصول در مناطق شور محسوب میشود. به این منظور لزوم دسترسی به منابع جدید ژنتیکی تحمل به شوری و روشهای غربالگری سریع وکــارآمد، روشن میباشد. این پژوهش به منظور ارزیابی میزان تحمل به شوری هشت رقم جو در مراحل اولیه رشد و نمو اجرا گردید. بذرهای ارقام و لاین ها تحت شرایط بدون تنش شوری و تنش شوری (24 دسی زیمنس بر متر) در ظرف پتری و در چهار تکرار کشت شدند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس دادهها نشان داد که بین ارقام و شرایط کشت از نظر اغلب صفات مورد مطالعه تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد که نشاندهنده وجود تنوع کافی بین ارقام میباشد و میتوان از این تنوع به عنوان زمینهای برای غربال ارقام و لاینهای مقاوم به شوری استفاده کرد. برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی نشان داد که تحت شرایط تنش شوری بین اکثر صفات ارزیابیشده، مقدار ضریب تغییرات ژنوتیپی کمتر از ضریب تغییرات فنوتیپی می باشد. در مورد درصد جوانه زنی با توجه به مقدار بالای ضریب تغییرات ژنوتیپی و وراثتپذیری آن در شرایط تنش شوری می توان بیان نمود که احتمال وجود ژنهای با فعالیت افزایشی برای بنیه بذر وجود دارد. تجزیه خوشهای با استفاده از روش وارد ( s’Ward (ارقام مورد مطالعه در هر دو شرایط را در سه گروه مجزا تقسیم بندی نمود. با توجه بهنتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش، لاین 15-81-EB به عنوان متحمل به شوری و ارقام نرمال و نیمروز، ارقاممقاومبه شوری در مرحله جوانه زنی ورشد اولیه گیاهچه شناخته شدند.
