بررسی اثر جیبرلین و نحوه استفاده از آن بر شاخص­های جوانه زنی و رشد گیاهچه بذرهای زوال یافته بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria aureaL

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر هورمون جیبرلین بر بهبود کیفیت بذرهای زوال یافته بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria aurea) آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار و 44 تیمار بصورت گلخانه­ای انجام شد. فاکتورها شامل پیری تسریع شده در چهار زمان صفر، 12، 24 و 36 ساعت و استفاده از جیبرلین به روش پرایمینگ و اسپری در پنج غلظت صفر، 25، 50، 75 و 100 پی­پی­ام بودند.پیری تسریع شده، کیفیت بذر و گیاهچه را کاهش داد. درصد سبز شدن و شاخص بینه بیشتر از سایر صفات؛ و شاخص سبزینگی کمتر از همه تحت تاثیر پیری بذر قرار گرفتند. کیفیت بذر از نظر صفاتی چون سرعت سبز شدن، طول ریشه، تعداد ریشه فرعی و طول اندام هوایی با اعمال تیمارهای مختلف جیبرلین بهبود یافت. این درحالی است که هیچگونه بهبودی برای درصد سبز شدن مشاهده نشد. مناسب ترین تیمار برای بهبود کیفیت بذرهای زوال یافته (36 ساعت پیرشده) از نظر صفاتی چون سرعت سبز شدن، طول ریشه و سرعت رشد گیاهچه به ترتیب پرایمینگ با جیبرلین ppm75، اسپری با جیبرلین ppm25و اسپری با جیبرلین ppm75بود.
